Clan Recruitment Process

Hi
Here is how i believe the process should go :
1. We decide we want a new member based on majority vote of all members.
2. I (Belly) Post on SI Forums an advert.
3. New applicants contact me and i verify that they are over 18 and can make the sessions that we play FULLY.
4. If criteria met i then ask the new member to come online for the first 30 minutes for the next clan sesssion to chat with the existing members.
5. After this 30 minutes the members then vote to say whether or not they want the new guy to join.
6. If the majority say yes then the new guy joins and can start during that session. If not he's failed our recruitment application and the whole process starts again.
