Proposed Rule Change by Steve :

The clan can arrange impromptu games, with at least 4 hours prior notice by e-mail to all members, whereby at least 75% of all members agree (currently at least 11 of 14).

So in other words if 11 out of 14 can and are willing to play an impromptu session then they can do so and all they need to do is email the other members and give them 4 hours notice prior to the start of the session.
